I love the new Kevin Shields tracks. Hands down, this is my favorite soundtrack.

Mon, October 20, 2003 - 10:43 PMI saw the movie the weekend it was released and I felt that warm, fuzzy nostalgia all over again. The music suits the cinematography and the storyline so well. I left feeling like I was on a cloud. Can't wait to buy the soundtrack... -

The reasons for his long period of inactivity are long and varied. I'll try to find a link where Kevin talks about it, but MBV as they were disbanded years ago. He keeps talking about putting out new stuff; perhaps the positive response to LiT will move him to do so.
